Important registration, payment and audit information for NipeX suppliers
Important Notice to Suppliers
All suppliers should update their contact phone numbers in the NipeX system, especially where old landlines or service-provider numbers are no longer functional. Please send updated phone numbers to customersupport@nipex.com.ng.
Payment Information
When making any bank payment to NipeX, the depositor’s name must be the company’s name and not a personal name. Online transfer is also available.
A mandatory annual update of the questionnaire is required, together with a subscription fee of ₦25,000. If a pre-qualified supplier does not renew the annual subscription to the NJQS database, its questionnaire will be locked automatically.
Services NipeX Does Not Charge For
- Audit scheduling, except rescheduling caused by a supplier’s failure to attend.
- First-term audit verification exercise, except rescheduling caused by a supplier’s failure to attend.
- Categorization.
- Printing of audit certificates.
- Audit close-out, except delayed close-out audits.
Services Subject to Charges
- Registration — ₦30,000.
- Registration renewal — ₦25,000.
- Product-code addition — ₦600,000 for audited suppliers and ₦25,000 for published suppliers.
- Audit renege — ₦200,000.
- Delayed audit close-out — ₦200,000.
Payments can also be made through GlobalPay.
Please Note
- Do not pay anyone for an audit; it is your right.
- NipeX does not assist suppliers in obtaining contracts.
